CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations require one night's deposit in advance. Payment is by personal credit card, check, bankdraft, or money order.

We allow 7 days for bookings made from Ireland and 14 days for bookings made Internationally for deposits to arrive.

If deposit is not Received by Melrose House within the allowed time , the reservation automatically will be cancelled.

Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, a financial penalty applies.

7-14 days notice - 25% of the 1st night

2-6 days notice - 50% of the 1st night

24 hours notice/failure to show - 100% loss of depoit

Full breakfast served at 8:00 - 9.30 a.m.

Check-In:- Time: 2:00-6:00 p.m. Please let us know if you require a later time of arrival.

Check-Out:- Time on day of departure: 11:00 a.m.
